TBC-SuperCurve
TBC-SUPER CURVE offers architects the ability to use a high strength, mechanically seamed panel in a radius application. Panels can be curved down to a 10-foot radius allowing for dramatic designs while maintaining exceptional weather resistance. The curving process requires optional seam sealant, to be applied in the field, and a flat pan (without striations or stiffener ribs).
- Factory produced panels up to 80’ are available.
- Optional site fabricated panels as long as 150’ are available.
- The curving process can be completed in the factory, or in the field, depending upon the project requirements and shipping limitations.
- TBC-SUPER CURVE is manufactured using high-grade G-90 galvanized, or Galvalume, steel with a Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 coating. This offers the best protection available in the industry.
- TBC-SUPER CURVE is backed up with a 30-year non-prorated finish warranty.
- Weather-tightness warranties, up to 25 years, are available.
